Cancellation Policy
Before 5:00 pm, 2 days prior: no cancellation fee
After 5:00 pm, 2 days before participation date: 50% of total tour fee
After 5:00 pm, 1 day before participation date: 100% of total tour fee
When do I pay for my tour?
All reservations require payments to be done in advance.
Minimum Participation Size
A minimum of 6 people are required. If it is not reached, you will be notified by 5:00 pm the day before the participation date, and the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.
Participation Requirements
For guests' safety, those who are pregnant, suffer from respiratory or circulatory conditions, or have flu-like symptoms are not allowed to participate. Guests who require wheelchairs should contact us prior to participation.
Transportation Service
Do you offer hotel transportation services?
Yes, optional hotel transfers for major hotels in the Tumon and Agana bay area are available with advance arrangements.
Can transportation services be arranged for a guest house?
No, the hotel transfer service is only available for designated major hotels. We recommend using a taxi or rent-a-car instead.
Is it possible to be dropped off at a different location?
Yes, as long both are designated drop-off locations and we are informed beforehand.
Can I be dropped off at a shopping mall instead of my hotel?
No, shopping malls are not designated pick-up/drop-off locations, but we can help arrange a taxi.
I booked my reservation without the hotel transportation, can I just show up to the pick-up location?
No, the hotel transfer shuttle bus will only stop at previously requested locations. Please contact us in advance for transportation service.
